I’m unsure if my online order went through. What should I do?
Check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation from Blanks Outlet. If not, please check your Junk Email box. If you don’t see it there either, wait 5 minutes and check again. If you still see nothing please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will research your order and verify if we have received it. For security reasons, please don’t send credit card information via email.

We ship from Panama City Beach, FL 32408.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or overseas?
We ship to all 50 United States. We don’t ship to other countries at this time.

No. All orders are shipped.
What shipping service do you use?
All shipping is via USPS United States Postal Service.
Priority Mail is generally 2-4 business days, but that is an estimated time frame. It is not guaranteed. USPS does not consider it late or lost until 7 business days have gone by with no movement.

What days of the week do you ship?
Monday-Friday. Same day shipping cutoff is 12:00 PM CST.
How will I know my order has shipped?
We will send you an email confirmation and tracking number to let you know when it’s shipped.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed online?
Most orders will be shipped the same day they are placed. Once they are shipped we cannot make changes. If you do need to make a change please contact our customer service at email@example.com as quickly as possible.
Is it too late to cancel my order?
We ship your order to you as quickly as possible. It depends on the status of your order and whether it has been shipped. You can contact our customer service representatives via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Have an issue with an order?
If you have an issue with an order you have placed with us, and are missing item(s) or have any damage to your item(s), you must contact us via email email@example.com within 5 business days of package receipt. After 5 business days, your order will be considered to have been received complete.
We are going to need photo documentation, so please do not throw out ANY packaging or shipping materials until after we have helped you resolve the issue. Failure to keep the materials or provide photos will limit the ways we are able to correct the issue.
